CVE reports give you a way to assess progress for your vulnerability mitigation projects. Let's just assume you have singled out a set of devices and a set of vulnerabilities that you want to mitigate. The CVE report will then inform you how far you have gotten with the exercise, and will also expose any devices that are left to mitigate.
Creating a CVE report
All you have to do to create a CVE report is to go to WORKFLOW/CVE/Details, where known vulnerabilities (CVEs) are broken down to individual instances on specific devices. After you have applied appropriate filter settings, save your settings in Manage Views. This will automatically create a CVE report. Note, however, that it may take up to 24 hours for all report data to populate.
