Another way to make the onboarding of new users much easier is to create saved views and reports so that users will have good starting points for their use cases, rather than having to figure out complex filter settings on their own.
In most tables, you can save your filter settings using the Manage Views button. If you make your View public, it is available for other users and can be accessed easily via the drop-down.
An even better way to make the onboarding process for your users easier is to create reports that match their use cases. A report in OTbase is similar to a saved view, but contains more information and is directly accessible on the REPORTS page.
You create reports by going to INVENTORY then SEARCH. If you save your search, it will automatically be transformed into a report.
