OTbase XLSX Writer creates multiple worksheets that contain different types of asset information.
Devices worksheet
The Devices worksheet contains information related to device hardware and connectivity. Note that each line represents a network interface (if present). Therefore, devices with multple network interfaces will appear in multiple lines. Color codes reflect devices types, just like in OTbase Asset Center.
Columns
Device ID
The unique device identifier that allows you to locate the device in OTbase Asset Center
OT System
The OT system that the device is associated with (as assigned in OTbase Asset Center)
Device Name
The name of the device, such as DNS or host name
Description
The description of the device
Type
The device type (PLC, RTU, ...)
Vendor
The hardware vendor
Model
The hardware model name
Serial Number
The serial number of the device
OS/Firmware Version

Software worksheet
The software worksheet contains application software that is installed on the devices. Note that operating systems are not listed, as they already appear in the Devices worksheet. Color codes reflect software types, just like in OTbase Asset Center.
Columns
Count
The number of installations for this software product
Type
Software type
Vendor
Software vendor
Name
Name of the software product
Version
Software product version
Vulnerabilities worksheet
The vulnerabilities worksheet informs about known vulnerabilities. Vulnerable devices are listed line by line. The default sorting is descending in respect to the number of critical vulnerabilities.
Columns
Total
The total number of known vulnerabilities for the device
Critical
The number of critical vulnerabilities for the device
High
The number of high priority vulnerabilities for the device
Medium
The number of medium priority vulnerabilities for the device
Low
The number of low priority vulnerabilities for the device
Patches
The number of security patches that are installed on the device
Device ID
The unique device ID of the device
OT System
The OT system that the device is associated with (as assigned in OTbase Asset Center)

Criticality
The criticality of the device, as assigned in OTbase Asset Center. Critical devices are highlighted with orange background.
Device Charts worksheet
The Device Charts worksheet contains several charts that display statistical information about the devices:
- devices broken down by device type
- devices broken down by vendors
- distribution of operating systems.
Note that in the default sizing, charts may not show all items. In this case simply enlarge the chart. Also note that operating systems are not limited to Microsoft products but also include operating systems for other products such as network switches.
Vuln Charts worksheet
The Vuln Charts worksheet contains two charts that display statistical information about the distribution of known vulnerabilities:
- number of vulnerabilities broken down by priority
- number of vulnerable devices broken down by priority.
