If your organization requires two-factor authentication, you can enable it rather simply in OTbase with one configuration setting. Before you do, note however that enabling 2FA assumes that all users have registered a valid email address within OTbase Inventory or Active Directory, if you use LDAP authentication. Otherwise, they will not be able to log on.
Enabling 2FA in OTbase Inventory
From the main menu select Maintenance.
Then select the Settings Tab.
From here, locate the Login Authentication section (highlighted in red below) and select the 2FA (Password+Email) radio button. Don't forget to click on Save to save your settings.
