Exploring system relationships

Just like with network topology diagrams, you have some additional diagramming options outside of system profiles. Just select a system and click on the Relations button. A new browser window will pop up that only shows the system relations, without any device details. You may, however, drill down into system profiles by double-clicking on a subsystem.

Different from what you see in the system profile, the pop-up window also allows you to export the system relations diagram in various different file formats.

OT System Relations Extensions

Relations between OT systems and system components can be editied graphically by opening the system with the Relations button and then activating the Edit mode. Define new relations using drag-and-drop. After you have dropped the relation on the target system, and edit dialog pops up that allows you to specify the system relation group, a description, and a criticality for the relation (None, Low, Medium, High).

You can also change the attributes of a relation in dialog mode by double-clicking on the relation. In order to delete a relation in edit mode, select the relation and hit the Delete key. A popup will ask for confirmation."
