Exporting data to Excel

You can export various types of inventory data to Microsoft Excel by simply pressing the Excel Export button in the command bar.

This function will create a very basic table with the data that you have selected and that are visible in OTbase Inventory.

OTbase XLSX Writer

If you need a fancier and comprehensive spreadsheets, check out the OTbase XLSX Writer. The OTbase XLSX Writer is a standalone add-on to OTbase Inventory that produces multi-worksheet Excel files, including charts.
