Installing your client certificate (SaaS Version)

If you are using the SaaS version of OTbase Inventory, aka OTbase Inventory cloud instance, you must install your client certificate that you have received from Langner in order to be able to access your cloud instance of OTbase Inventory.

Here's how to install a client certificate in Google Chrome:

1. Go to the Chrome settings page and open the Advanced section. In the Advanced section, click on Manage Certificates.

2. In the dialog window that pops up, click on Import. In the Import dialog, you can specify the filename of your certificate. If you use the file explorer dialog, you may need to change the extension to .p12.

3. Enter the password that you have received and finish the installation.

Your browser is now ready to access your OTbase Inventory cloud instance.
