When logged on to Discovery Manager, the status of the nodes in your configuration will be shown and updated in realtime. Each group handles connections separately , so by switching to a different group, the connections in the old group will be closed, while the connections in the new group will be established.
All information except for the hostname or IP address in the first column is obtained automatically by connecting to the nodes that you have added to your configuration. "Node Name", "Location ID" and "Version" tells you about the identity and software version of the remote Asset Discovery node. "Scheduled" indicates the time of day for which automatic probes and exports to Asset Center are scheduled. "Last Export" tells you about the last successful export of device data. Finally, the "Status" column informs you about what Discovery Monitor is presently doing, or about the status of the last export.
You can sort table entries by clicking on the column headers.
